Peer Review Process

At first, the technical editor will review the submitted manuscript to ensure that they are properly prepared. Manuscript that do not follow the author's instructions will sent back to the authors for correction and resubmission. After that, the technical editor checks the submitted manuscript for plagiarism. The plagiarism result and the manuscript will be sent to editor-in-chief for preliminary review. After passing the initial inspection, the manuscript will be sent to independent reviewers for peer review. Based on the reviewer’s comments will be make decision to accept, revise (minor and major revisions) or reject as following:

  1. If two reviewers reject the manuscript, it will be disapproved
  2. If two reviewers believe that the manuscript needs to be revised, it will be sent to the author for revision.
  3. If one reviewer recommends a general revision and the second reject the manuscript, the essay will be sent to a third reviewer, who will make a decision based on his opinion on the first and second items.

The editor-in-chief or editors will review the revised manuscript. The editor-in-chief will make the final decision about whether to approve or reject the submission.
